Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the pages, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type are processed in server log files in order to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Enquiry form and email
If you contact us via the enquiry form or by email, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, phone number, travel dates, message) exclusively to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The enquiry is sent to us by email. We do not pass on this data without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect the enquiry form against automated spam, we use Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). As soon as you use the form, a connection to Cloudflare is established; your IP address and technical details about your browser and device are transmitted to check whether the enquiry comes from a human. Turnstile does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use the data for advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cookies, fonts and analytics
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking. The only cookie stored remembers your language choice. Fonts are loaded locally from our own server – there is no connection to Google servers.
Availability calendar
The availability of our accommodation is retrieved server-side from our booking calendars. No data about visitors to this website is transmitted in the process.
Your rights
You generally have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to us or to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
